After studying costume design with Michelle Humphrey I was selected to design for Peter... We had a large cast that had a modern day pirate look with echoes of familiarity from the Disney animation. My personal favorite was our trashy mermaids! We used various plastics found in our oceans to create our mermaid bras; this added to our found object design.

I had the opportunity to work with Michelle Humphrey on designing a historically accurate production with a low budget. I provided additional support to the Stage Manager, actors, and dressers with quick change direction and guidance. I also devised special effects with glowing face paint for "radium" and a secret plastic wrap blood capsule that could burst open on an actors command.

In 2019 I taught an after school Stage Make-up Club for Elementary ages as a residency with Envision Theatre in Paramus, NJ. Over the course of 10 weeks together we are learning: highlight, shadows, old age, animals, and fantasy looks.
